Was the youngest of ten Grove victims from the Hub "neighborhood" of Allston (also Mr. Harold James Ford and his wife Doris, ages 34 and 39, Miss Ethel Gartland, age 27, Mr. and Mrs. William and Eva Healy, ages 46 and 41, Mr. and Mrs. James, Jr., and Margaret McFarlin, ages 55 and 52, Mrs. Constance "Connie" Sheridan, age 28, and club waiter Harold Snyderman, age 32). One of 14 engaged female patron casualties (also 116 single, 93 married, and 4 divorced women guests died, a total 227 female customers lost out of 234 women killed overall). Parents Mr. and Mrs. Lauri J. and Anna M. (Johansson) Lindgren, same address. Joint funeral services with Mr. Hirtle held the following Wednesday morning in Cambridge, MA. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton (Boston), MA. Was one of three Grove victims interred at Evergreen Cemetery (also married patrons Mr. and Mrs. Paul, Jr., and Ruth Carbone, both age 33).
