"The group had been attending a party at the home of the Rifkins and later in the evening all adjourned to the night club to continue the party" (Waltham News-Tribune, Waltham, MA, 11/30/1942). Her remains were identified with those of her husband at Southern Mortuary, Boston. Was living with her parents in The Bronx, NY, as of the 1930 federal census. Married in 1931, in The Bronx. Surname (with her husband) was misspelled "Barron" (with two "r"s) in some news accounts, correct on their death certificates and on the final official November 1943 Boston Committee on Public Safety casualty list. Couple left no children. With her husband was one of 56 married couples present at the club in which both spouses lost their lives.
