Miss Kathleen Sullivan, age 24 (Born 12/30/1917. Died as Kathleen T. Hinds on 11/09/1982, age 64), of Brockton, MA, a cousin of Miss Sullivan above, earned news mention when she failed to accompany the group due to a last-minute change of plans and avoided possible disaster. Body was identified at Southern Mortuary, Boston. Was single. Was a lifelong Boston resident. One of 38 Grove victims from the Dorchester district of Boston, twice as many as from any other Hub "neighborhood" (Brighton was next with 19 dead, followed by Roxbury, 14 dead, West Roxbury, 12 dead, and Allston, 10 dead).
