Age 27. 13½ Bluff Street, Worcester, MA. Born on 11/01/1915, in Worcester. Died of carbon monoxide poisoning (death certificate). Production manager, Parker & Harper Manufacturing Co. (screw machine products), of Worcester. Was attending the club with his companion and Worcester nurse Miss Helen Fitzpatrick, age 24, in a party of six, three of whom were coworkers at Parker & Harper (victims Robert Biggar, age 24, Miss Hazel Proal, age 25, and David Sundberg, age 24, all of Worcester), all six dead. Group came to Boston to witness the big afternoon B.C. Eagles / Holy Cross Crusaders football game staged at Fenway Park. Was included (under the erroneous name "Lorin Forsay" [sic]) on a Sunday morning list of "probable identifications" compiled by Boston City Hospital at Southern Mortuary, Boston (all male). Was single. Raised in Worcester. Was a graduate of South High School, Worcester. Prior trouble (at age 21): "Warren E. Foisy...was given a one-month suspended sentence to the House of Correction...when he pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of liquor. He was arrested early today on Belmont street" (The Evening Gazette, Worcester, 4/30/1937). Modest physique (WWII draft registration, October '40: 5' 7½," 130 lbs.). One of 19 Grove victims from the city of Worcester and home to the victorious College of the Holy Cross. Parents Mr. Albert C., same address, and the late Mrs. Eva M. (McHugh) Foisy. Burial at St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. One of eight casualties interred at St. John's Cemetery (also Miss Anna Chiras, age 22, Miss Monica Conlon, age 22, Miss Alice Deignan, age 23, Samuel Falcone, age 28, and Miss Marion Looby, age 19, plus his companion Miss Fitzpatrick and the above Miss Proal, all patrons). Middle name Earl.
