Eagles / Holy Cross Crusaders football game at Fenway Park. Others present included Robert Biggar, age 24, the latter's girlfriend Miss Hazel Proal, age 25, also Warren Foisy, age 27, and his companion Miss Helen Fitzpatrick, age 24, all dead. All but Mrs. Sundberg and Miss Fitzpatrick were employed at the above Parker & Harper machining business. His remains were identified at Southern Mortuary, Boston. Was a lifelong Worcester resident. Husky build (WWII draft registration, October '40: 5' 10½," 194 lbs.). With his wife were two of 19 dead from the central Bay State city of Worcester (also Miss Anna Chiras, age 22, Miss Monica Conlon, age 22, Samuel Falcone, age 28, Hubert Fitch, age 26, Miss Sadie Fors, age 17, Charles Hildreth, Jr., age 22, Mr. and Mrs. Eric and Mary Johnson, ages 43 and 42, Boris Lolo, age 25, Miss Marion Looby, age 19, Mr. and Mrs. John, Sr., and Lucia Moossa, Sr., ages 32 and 29, Richard Vient, age 20, plus those in his party). Parents Mr. and Mrs. Lars L. and Hilma C. (Anderson) Sundberg. Pair were subject of a special typed notation on the early working draft of the Boston Committee on Public Safety, Cocoanut Grove master casualties list (which still exists), to the press: "Mother seriously ill. Please do not publish names" (not specified which mother). His mother lived until 1962. Burial with his wife at Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Middle name Clifton.
